Role Description: We are seeking a part-time temp-to-hire Human Resources Assistant to join our team at EIDS Cleaning & Consulting in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The role involves managing employee records, updating HR policies, assisting with HRMS implementation, benefits administration, and coordinating training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems)
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes
- Strong skills in training scheduling and coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Additional relevant qualifications include familiarity with state and federal employment laws, payroll administration, and experience in recruiting and onboarding.
